2 Months Bank Statements

401k Statement (If Applicable)

Divorce Decree (if divorced)

Child Support Documentation (if applicable)

Alimony Documentation (if applicable)

If You Currently Own a Home, “Investor” and/or “REFINANCE”


2 Years Tax Returns • 2 Years Tax Returns (not applicable if applying for Streamline)

If Incorporated, please include 2 years Corporation tax returns all schedules

2 years W2’s (if wage earner or if paid through corporation) (not applicable if streamline)

1 Month Current Paystubs (not applicable if streamline)
